Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet these conditions: unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging with tags/accessories.
Condition of returned items
For non-defective returns, items must be unused and in resalable condition. Items that have been used, show signs of wear, or are missing parts may not qualify for a return. Assembled items may be subject to additional review. Defective or damaged items are handled according to this policy.
How to start a return Email ugueopk@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and a return address. Please do not ship items back before receiving authorization.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Return shipping
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.
Oversized and heavy-item returns
Return shipping costs for oversized or heavy equipment may be higher than standard parcel returns. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Please contact us before returning oversized equipment so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment. Once shipped, they must be returned under our Refund Policy.
